PASTA RICARDO 
1 lb. spiral pasta
1 lb. bacon
2 pts. heavy cream
1 sm. can whole peeled tomatoes
2 lg. onions
3/4 c. fresh Parmesan cheese

Boil pasta al dente.

Brown coarsely chopped bacon and sliced onion until brown. Do not drain pan. Slowly add heavy cream and simmer until thickened, about 15 minutes. Add cheese and drain tomatoes and break up and add to pan. Cook another 15 minutes. Pour over warm pasta.
