ITALIAN STYLE SNAPPER | |
1 lb. red snapper, fillets 1 (8 oz.) can Italian style tomato sauce 1 tsp. oregano 2 stalks celery, chopped Combine tomato sauce, oregano, and celery. Place snapper in single layer in pan. Pour sauce mixture over it. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serves 4. |
