EASY YEAST BUNS
1 c. warm water
2 pkg. yeast
1 c. boiling water
1 c. cold water
1/2 c. melted butter
2 eggs
2 tsp. salt
3/4 c. sugar
8 c. flour

Dissolve yeast in warm water in large bowl. Add to yeast: 1 cup boiling water and cold water together, and butter. Beat on low. Then add eggs, salt and sugar. Gradually add flour, cup by cup until dough is smooth. (May need to add a little extra flour). The dough will be a bit sticky. Put in an airtight bowl with lid or with plastic wrap.

Place in refrigerator overnight or up to one week. Use as needed. Form buns and placed on greased 9 x 13 inch pan. Raise one hour and bake at 400 degrees for about 10 to 14 minutes to desired brownness. Makes 2 pans.
