EASY CLAM CHOWDER 
1 pkg. (5 1/2 oz.) scalloped potatoes
1/2 c. nonfat dry milk
2 tbsp. butter
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can minced clams
Salt & pepper to taste
Parsley flakes
4 c. water

Put potatoes in kettle with 4 cups water, nonfat dry milk and butter. Bring to a boil and simmer over low heat for 15 minutes or until potatoes are tender. (Leave cover slightly ajar so this doesn't boil over.) Add clams, salt and pepper. Sprinkle with parsley. If it gets too thick add a little milk. Serves 6. Note: If season packet with potatoes is separate, add it along with potatoes.
