EASY CLAM CHOWDER 
2 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. potato flakes
2 tbsp. butter
1 tsp. instant minced onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. celery salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1 (6 1/2 oz.) can drained minced clams

Heat milk in saucepan - DO NOT BOIL. Add remaining ingredients one at a time and stir. Simmer 10 minutes.
