TROPICAL DELIGHT ICE CREAM 
4 eggs
2 1/2 c. sugar
8 c. milk
2 c. cream (half and half)
2 1/2 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. salt
1 sm. can crushed pineapple
1 sm. can coconut
12 oz. Cool Whip
1 c. pecans
4-5 mashed bananas
1/2 can Eagle Brand milk

Beat eggs until fluffy. Add sugar gradually, beating until thick. Add remaining ingredients and mix well. Freeze in 5 quart freezer. Makes slightly more than 1 gallon.
