MAXINE'S PINEAPPLE AND NUT CAKE 
3 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 c. oil
18 oz. can crushed pineapple with juice
1 c. chopped pecans
2 c. sugar
2 c. bananas, diced
3 eggs

Mix sugar, flour, cinnamon, eggs, oil and pineapple. Add last bananas and pecans. Mix with spoon. Cook at 320°F for 1 hour.
