PINEAPPLE NUT CAKE 
Cake:

2 c. flour
2 c. sugar
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
2 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt
1 (20 oz.) can crushed pineapple (un-drained)
1 c. chopped nuts

Mix all ingredients together until well blended.

Bake at 350°F for 40 minutes in an ungreased 9 x 13 inch pan.

Icing:

1 (8 oz.) pkg. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 stick butter
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. powdered sugar

Cream butter and cream cheese together, add powdered sugar and vanilla. Mix well. Spread on cooled cake.
