BOURBON BALLS 
3 c. vanilla wafers, ground
1 c. pecans, ground
1 c. powdered sugar
3 tbsp. light corn syrup
1 1/2 tbsp. cocoa
1/2 c. bourbon or rum or 1/4 c. water and 1/4 c. rum

Mix all ingredients thoroughly and shape into balls the size of an English walnut. Roll in powdered sugar. Chill and dip in either milk or dark summer coating. Not an original recipe but very good for winter holidays.
