BOURBON BALLS 
3 c. vanilla wafers, crushed to dust
2 tbsp. corn syrup
1 c. powdered sugar
1/2 c. powdered cocoa
1 c. finely chopped pecans
1/2 c. bourbon

Mix all ingredients together. Shape into small balls about 1/2 inch. Roll balls in powdered sugar, cocoa or coconut. Rum may be substituted for bourbon. Makes 60.
