CHILI RELLENO CASSEROLE 
Beat together:

1 c. half and half
2 eggs
1/3 c. flour

3 (4 oz.) cans whole green chilies
1/2 lb. Monterey Jack cheese
1/2 lb. mild Cheddar cheese
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
1 c. salsa

Mix batter; set aside. Grate cheese and layer chilies and cheese in baking dish. Pour batter over and top with the tomato sauce and salsa.

Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour and 15 minutes. Cut in squares and serve.
