BLONDE BROWNIES 
2 3/4 c. plain flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. salad oil
2 1/2 c. light brown sugar
3 eggs
1 (6 oz.) pkg. chocolate chips
1 c. chopped pecans

Combine flour, baking powder and salt; set aside. Combine oil and brown sugar in large bowl; mix well. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Gradually add dry ingredients, mixing well. Stir in chocolate chips and pecans. Spread batter in well greased 13"x9"x2" pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes. Cut into squares.
