LOW CALORIE PINEAPPLE SALAD | |
2 pkgs. lemon Jello 1 c. boiling water 2 c. buttermilk 1 (15 oz.) can pineapple with juice 1 (8 oz.) Cool Whip or 1 c. sour cream 1/4 c. nuts Put Jello and boiling water in pan on low heat. Let dissolve, stirring often. Let sit until cool. Add other ingredients except topping. Refrigerate until it begins to sit; then add Cool Whip or sour cream. Can be put in molds. |
