LOW CALORIE SALAD | |
1 (#2) can crushed pineapple 1 (6 oz.) box peach Jello 2 c. buttermilk 8 oz. Cool Whip Heat pineapple until it will melt Jello. Cool this mixture slightly, then add the buttermilk and Cool Whip. Pour in 8 x 11 inch Pam sprayed dish. Refrigerate until desired consistency is achieved. Cut in squares. Serve on lettuce leaf. |
