LOW CALORIE SALAD 
1 (5 oz.) can crushed pineapple
1 (3 3/4 oz.) pkg. no sugar strawberry gelatin
1 1/2 c. cottage cheese
4 oz. Cool Whip

Combine crushed pineapple with juice and sugar free gelatin in a saucepan; cook over low heat, stirring occasionally, until gelatin is dissolved. Remove from heat, let cool. Gently fold cottage cheese and Cool Whip into cooled gelatin mixture. Chill until set. Yield 4 servings.
