CRAB MEAT MOUSSE 
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
1 medium onion, chopped

Heat until smooth. Dissolve 2 envelopes Knox gelatin in 1 cup water. Add soup mix. Add 1 cup diced celery, 1 cup mayonnaise, and at least 10 ounces chopped crab meat (frozen or fresh). Put in greased 2 quart mold. Set at least 8 hours.
