LEMON POPPY SEED BREAD 
1 box (18.5 oz.) lemon cake mix (the kind without pudding ahead)
1 pkg. (3 3/4 oz.) lemon instant pudding mix
1 c. water
1/2 c. vegetable oil
4 eggs
2 tbsp. poppy seed
1 tsp. lemon extract

Put cake mix, pudding mix, water, vegetable oil, eggs, poppy seed, and lemon extract in large bowl.

Beat 2 minutes at medium speed with an electric mixer or if by hand, beat vigorously 300 strokes.

Pour into 2 greased and waxed paper - 9 by 5 inch baking pans.

Bake in preheated 350 degree oven 40 to 50 minutes. Remove from pan and cool on rack.
