PASKA 
1 lb. cream cheese
1 c. cream style cottage cheese
1/4 lb. butter
1/2 c. sugar
1 tbsp. lemon rind
1 tbsp. orange rind
1 tsp. vanilla
1/4 c. white raisins
1/4 c. walnuts, chopped
1/3 c. glacee cherries, chopped

Combine cream cheese, cottage cheese, butter, and sugar. Beat with electric mixer until smooth, approximately 20 minutes. Add rest of ingredients; mix well. Line a clay flower pot with a drainage hole with damp cheesecloth. Place flower pot on a rack in a shallow pan and pour cheese mixture into cheesecloth allowing this mixture to drain overnight in refrigerator. Unmold and garnish with glacee cherries, cut in half.
