1/3 c. butter 1/4 c. onion, chopped fine 1/2 c. celery, chopped fine 4 to 5 c. crumbled cornbread 1 c. walnuts, chopped 1/2 tsp. poultry seasoning 1/4 tsp. pepper 1/2 c. cream of chicken soup, undiluted 1/8 chicken broth In a large skillet, melt butter, saute onion and celery until tender. Combine remaining ingredients and shape into 8 balls. Place on a greased baking sheet. Bake at 375 degrees for about 20 minutes. 8 servings. |
