NUTTY YAM BAKE 
3 large sweet potatoes or yams
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 cup milk
2 eggs

Cook sweet potatoes until tender, drain off liquid. Beat with electric mixer, adding all listed ingredients. Pour into greased 1 1/2 quart casserole.

Topping:

1/2 cup flour
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 cup butter
1/2 cup finely chopped walnuts
1/2 tsp. cinnamon

Mix ingredients until crumbly. Sprinkle over top of sweet potato mixture in casserole.

Bake at 375°F for 35 to 40 minutes.
