VIVA LA CHICKEN 
2 1/2 c. cubed chicken
12 corn tortillas, or flour
1 sm. onion
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 can cheddar cheese soup
1 c. milk
1 can Ortega chili salsa; blue can

Break tortillas in small pieces. Mix together onion, soups, milk, and salsa. Layer chicken and tortillas in a 9 x 13 pan. Pour soup mixture over chicken; cover with cheese. Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees.
