EASY CHEEZY HAMBURGER STROGANOFF 
1 (12 oz.) bag Dutch eggs noodles
1 (23 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup (family size)
8 oz. dairy sour cream (or to taste)
1 or 2 lb. ground beef (or Carne Asada, cut into strips or pieces)
10 good size mushrooms (or however many you want!)
1 or 2 onions
3 tbsp. butter
garlic salt (as much as you like)
2 cups shredded Mozzarella cheese

Get a large pan of water for your noodles and start boiling them (add oil and salt if you like). Boil till they are the texture you like! (I like them DONE!)

Get your pan HOT! Sauté your mushrooms and "CHOPPED" onions in butter, When almost cooked through add your meat and garlic salt and brown it.

Once meat is brown add mushroom soup and dairy sour cream (makes a sauce).

When HOT, drain noodles and add "sauce" together then add cheese.

EAT and ENJOY!!

Serves approx. 6 large plates or plenty of leftovers for 4.
