YOGURT BAKED CHICKEN 
1 c. plain yogurt
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1 tbsp. soy sauce
3/4 tbsp. ground coriander
1/8 tsp. curry powder
1/8 tsp. pepper
2 chicken breasts, split and skinned

Combine yogurt, lemon, soy, coriander, curry and pepper in baking dish. Turn chicken breasts in sauce to coat sides.

Cover, marinate several hours or overnight in refrigerator. Preheat oven to 375 degree. Bake chicken uncovered 40 to 45 minutes or until tender. Baste with sauce.
