CARAMEL CORN 
2 c. brown sugar
1 tsp. salt
2 sticks butter
1/2 c. white syrup

Cook 5 minutes. Remove from heat, add 1 teaspoon vanilla. Pour over 8 to 10 quarts pop corn. Bake at 200 degrees for 1/2 hour, stirring every 5 to 10 minutes.
