1 egg white
3/4 c. light brown sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
2 c. pecans

Beat egg white and sugar until mixture is light and sugar dissolves. Add vanilla. Toss nuts in this until they are coated. Grease and flour cookie sheet. Lift 3 pecans at a time with 2 forks and place on cookie sheet. Preheat oven at 350 degrees for 10 minutes. Place cookies in oven, turn off heat immediately and leave for 50 minutes. Cool. Keep in dry air tight container.
