FIVE HOUR SLAW 
1 lg. head cabbage, chilled & crisp
1 onion, chopped
2 green peppers (opt.)
1/2 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/2 c. cooking oil
Salt to taste

Mix oil, sugar, vinegar and salt. Toss in shredded cabbage, onion and pepper. Let chill in refrigerator 5 hours and serve.
