CAJUN CAKE 
2 sticks butter
2 c. sugar
6 eggs
3 1/2 c. crushed vanilla wafers
1/2 c. milk
7 oz. coconut
1 c. chopped pecans

Cream butter and sugar together. Add eggs one at a time, beating after each one. Add vanilla wafers, then milk, coconut and mix well. Then add the cup of pecans. Grease tube pan or use Bundt pan. Bake at 275 degrees for one hour and 20 minutes.
