CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIES 
1 c. butter
1/2 c. almond paste
3/4 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. almond extract
2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1/2 tsp. salt

Cream butter, almond paste, brown sugar, and sugar until fluffy. Add vanilla nd almond extract. Combine flour, baking soda, and salt in separate bowl.

Combine flour mixture and butter mixture. Add 2 cups of chocolate chips (not Nestles chocolate chips) and 1 cup ground almonds.

Bake at 375 degrees 8-10 minutes on ungreased cookie sheet (don't use non-stick cookie sheets, the cookies don't turn out as well).
