SAUCE FOR VEAL CHOPS OR SCALLOPS
(Veal)
 
1 c. cream
2 tbsp. horseradish
1 c. tomato sauce
Parsley
Chives

Add cream to skillet in which you have browned and cooked veal. Add horseradish and cook 2 minutes. Add tomato sauce, parsley, chives and heat through. Spoon sauce over veal.
