ITALIAN BROCCOLI AND SPAGHETTI 
2 boxes broccoli spears (or chopped broccoli)
3 tbsp. pure olive oil
6 cloves garlic, chopped fine
2 handfuls grated Italian cheese
1 (8 oz.) pkg. thin Luxury Spaghetti
Water

In large pot, sprayed with Pam; heat olive oil and garlic together; DO NOT BROWN. Add broccoli and enough water to cook broccoli and spaghetti. Water should be about 2 to 3 inches above broccoli. When broccoli is almost cooked, or tender, break thin spaghetti into pot and bring to boil. Let spaghetti cook with the broccoli. After all is cooked, add the 2 handfuls Italian cheese. Should be juicy, but not too soupy. Season with salt only.

Note: Cauliflower and cabbage may be used instead of BROCCOLI if the PRESIDENT is coming for supper!
