PASTEL COOKIES 
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tbsp. baking soda
1/2 tbsp. salt
1 c. butter (2 sticks)
1 pkg. (4 oz.) Jello
1/2 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tbsp. vanilla
1/2 c. milk

Mix dry ingredients. First cream butter and add Jello, sugar and beat well. Beat in vanilla. Add dry ingredients plus milk alternately. Drop by teaspoonful on ungreased cookie sheet. Flatten slightly with sugar. Bake at 375 degrees for 10 minutes or until brown around the edges.
