PASTEL PUDDING 
1 pkg. (4 oz. serving) vanilla Jello brand pudding and pie filling
1 pkg. (3 oz.) Jello brand gelatin, any flavor
2 1/2 c. water
1 container (4 oz.) Cool Whip

Combine pudding mix, gelatin and water in saucepan. Cook. Stir over medium heat until mixture comes to full boil and is thickened and clear. Remove from heat and chill until slightly thickened. Thoroughly blend Cool Whip into chilled pudding mixture. Spoon into individual dessert glasses. Chill until firm, 4 hours.
