CHEESE STRUDLE 
1 Strudle Dough
1 1/2 c. creamed cottage cheese
1 egg, separated
1 tsp. sugar
3/4 c. oil
1/4 c. raisins
6 tbsp. ground almonds
Cinnamon & sugar

Press some of the excess fluid out of the cheese. Mix the cheese with the egg yolk, salt and sugar and fold in the beaten egg white. Brush the dough well with the oil and sprinkle with raisins, almonds and a little cinnamon and sugar. Place the cheese mixture along one end of the dough or over all the dough. Spread with oil and nuts. Roll up and bake in a hot oven at 375 degrees until brown, about 1/2 hour.
