CATHERINE'S CREAM CHEESE
COFFEECAKE
 
1/2 c. butter
8 oz. cream cheese
1 1/4 c. sugar
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c.flour, sifted
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 c. milk
1/2 c. raisins
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1/3 c. flour
1/2 c. brown sugar
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. butter

Beat together the butter, cream cheese and sugar until fluffy. Add eggs, one at a time; then add vanilla. Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda and salt. Add the milk to the egg mixture alternating with the dry ingredients until blended. Stir in the raisins and nuts. Pour mixture into a 13 x 9 pan. Combine the 1/3 cup flour, brown sugar, cinnamon and butter until crumbly. Add on top of batter. Bake at 350 degrees for 40 minutes.
