EASY CHEESE CAKE 
2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
2/3 c. sugar
4 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla

Soften cheese; add sugar gradually; add eggs, one at a time; add vanilla.

Pour in greased pan. Bake 30 minutes at 350 degrees.

TOPPING:

1 c. sour cream
3 tbsp. sugar

Combine and pour on top of cheese cake. Bake 15 minutes more.

Fruit can be added.

Another topping is spread cheese cake with cherry pie filling.
