THICK AND CREAMY MILK SHAKES | |
1 1/4 c. cold milk 2 med. bananas (frozen and cut up) 1 c. fresh or frozen chopped peaches, strawberries, or blueberries 1/2 c. cream style cottage cheese 4 pitted dates 2 tsp. honey (optional) 5 lg. ice cubes In a blender container combine all ingredients. Cover; blend until smooth. Makes 4 (8 ounce) servings. 1 serving - 179 calories. |
