4 pork steaks, 1/2 inch thick
10 1/2 oz. can cream of mushroom soup
2/3 can Pet evaporated milk
1/3 c. water

Sprinkle steaks with salt and pepper. Brown in shortening in large skillet. Drain. Mix remaining ingredients. Pour around chops. Bake in oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until tender. Stir in gravy. Serves 4.
