PAN PIZZA 
3 c. Bisquick baking mix
3/4 c. water
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 tsp. salt
2 cloves garlic, crushed
1 can (15 oz.) tomato sauce
1 tsp. Italian seasoning
1 jar (4 1/2 oz.) mushrooms, sliced & drained
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
2 c. (about 8 oz.) Mozzarella cheese, shredded

Heat oven to 425 degrees. Lightly grease jelly roll pan. Mix baking mix and water. Knead 20 times. Pat dough on bottom and up sides of pan with floured hands. Or roll into a rectangle and place on jelly roll pan.

Cook ground beef, onion and seasonings. Drain. Spread tomato sauce over dough, sprinkle with Italian seasoning, then add beef, vegetables and cheese. Bake 20 minutes.
