CHEESE POTATOES 
1/4 c. melted butter
1/4 c. flour
2 c. milk
1 c. Velveeta cheese
4 c. diced, cooked potatoes
2 c. cubed ham
3-4 tbsp. butter
1 1/2 - 2 c. bread crumbs

Using 1/4 cup melted butter, add 1/4 cup flour. Add 2 cups milk. Add 1 cup Velveeta cheese. Cook until cheese is melted. Put diced potatoes and ham in a casserole dish. Pour cheese sauce over potatoes.

Melt 3-4 tablespoons butter; add 1 1/2 to 2 cups bread crumbs. Mix and sprinkle over top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
