LASAGNA ROLL UPS 
8 lasagne noodles
1 lb. ground beef
1/2 c. chopped onion
2 (10 1/2 oz.) cans pizza sauce
6 oz. (1 1/2 c.) shredded Mozzarella cheese
4 oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained
1 egg, slightly beaten

Cook lasagne noodles as directed on package; drain and cool.

Brown meat and onion; drain. Stir in 1/4 cup of the pizza sauce, 1/2 cup of the cheese, mushrooms and egg. Spread each lasagne noodle with a generous 1/3 cup meat mixture, carefully roll up and place in a 12"x8" baking dish. Pour remaining pizza sauce over rolls. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 40 to 45 minutes or until bubbly. Uncover and sprinkle with remaining cheese. Bake an additional 4 to 6 minutes or until cheese is melted.
