BULKOKI 
1 lb. tender beef, sliced thin (1/8 x 1 x 2 inches)
2 med. green onions, sliced thin
3 tbsp. soy sauce
1 to 1 1/2 tbsp. sugar
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 tbsp. toasted sesame seeds
1/2 clove crushed garlic
Pinch monosodium glutamate

Knead beef in sugar, black pepper, green onions, garlic, sesame seeds, soy sauce and salad oil. Mix well and let stand for more than 1 hour. Prepare hot frying pan with 1 tablespoon salad oil, saute beef with above ingredients 3 or 5 minutes, turning often. Serve over hot rice. Makes 6 servings.
