HOT TURKEY SALAD 
2 c. cooked turkey (chicken)
2 c. sliced celery
1 c. mayonnaise or salad dressing
1/2 c. chopped toasted almonds
2 tbsp. lemon juice
2 tsp. grated onion
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. grated Cheddar cheese
1 c. crushed potato chips

Combine all ingredients except cheese and chips. Pile lightly in baking dish sprayed with Pam and sprinkle with chips and cheese. Bake at 450 degrees for 10 minutes.
