NATALIE'S SPECIAL 
1 lb. mushrooms
1 c. white wine
3 lg. tbsp. butter
1 lg. tsp. garlic
1 pt. almonds
1 tsp. parsley
2 tbsp. raisins
1 c. petit pois
Potatoes
Chicken, fried first or broiled (not too well, 10 minutes)
Olive oil
Lemon
1/2 tsp. sugar
1 tbsp. soy sauce
White rice, cooked

In a Pyrex, put the chicken in top all the other ingredients. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Serve with white rice. Garnish with parsley.
