5-6 lg. potatoes 1/2 stick butter 1/3 c. chopped onion 2 c. shredded cheese 1 c. sour cream 1 tsp. salt Boil potatoes in skins. Cool, peel and shred in baking dish. For sauce, melt cheese, butter, sour cream over low heat. Add onion and salt. Pour sauce over potatoes and bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes, uncovered. |
