DO AHEAD AND REHEAT MASHED
POTATOES
 
1 c. sour cream
8 oz. cream cheese
8-10 potatoes, peeled and boiled
4 tbsp. butter
1/3 c. chives
Salt
Pepper

Beat cheeses and butter until smooth. Then add potatoes and 1/3 cup chives, salt and pepper to taste. Bake in a 2-quart casserole covered at 350 degrees for 25 minutes. Makes 1 day and reheat next.
