1 box vanilla wafers
White frosting
1 box grasshopper mint cookies
Green, red & yellow food coloring

FROSTING:

1 1/2 c. Crisco shortening
1 1/2 tsp. butter flavoring (opt.)
1 tsp. almond flavoring
1/2 c. water
1 tsp. vanilla
Shake or 2 of salt
2 lb. bag powdered sugar

FROSTING: Mix all ingredients together at medium speed until creamy. Divide frosting and color to look like ketchup, mustard and lettuce. Spread 2 colors of frosting with 1 side of vanilla wafer, remaining color on a second vanilla wafer. Put mint cookie in between the 2 wafers with frosting and squeeze together.
