SIMPLE CHOCOLATE MOUSSE 
6 oz. dark sweet chocolate, melted
4 lg. eggs
1 c. heavy cream
2 tbsp. Triple Sec, Grand Marnier, or Cointreau

In a blender or food processor, blend the chocolate, eggs, cream, and the Triple Sec (or other choice) until mixture is smooth. Transfer mixture to a bowl (or individual serving bowls) and chill, covered, for at least 2 hours or until it is set. Makes 3 cups, serving 6.
