CHERRY CRUNCH DESSERT 
3 c. flour
2 c. brown sugar, packed
1 c. butter
2 (1 lb. 5 oz.) cans prepared cherry pie filling
1 1/2 c. quick oatmeal
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking soda

Combine dry ingredients and mix well. Cut in softened butter. Put half of crumb mixture in a 9 x 13 inch pan. Cover with pie filling. Sprinkle remaining crumb mixture over filling. Bake at 350 degrees for 45-50 minutes.
