PEANUT BUTTER-BANANA CRUNCH 
4 c. sliced bananas (6 med.)
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. packed brown sugar
1/3 c. chunky peanut butter
3 tbsp. butter
Whipped cream or whipped dessert topping

Preheat oven to 375 degrees. Place sliced bananas in 8 x 1 1/2 inch round baking dish. Add lemon juice and cinnamon, stir lightly to coat fruit.

In small mixing bowl, combine flour and brown sugar. Cut in peanut butter and butter until mix is crumbly. Sprinkle peanut butter mix over bananas. Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes. Serve warm, top with dollops of whipped cream. Makes 6 servings.
