CHEESE CAKE AS PIE 
16 oz. softened cream cheese
3/4 c. powdered sugar
1/2 tsp. vanilla or almond extract

Mix well; fold in 13-15 ounce Cool Whip. Pour into 2 pie crusts (ready baked or graham cracker). Top with pie filling of your choice (cherry, blueberry, apple). Chill.
